The End of the Trip

It is taking me forever to upload pictures, so I'm going to go ahead and post what I've got so far and try for more tomorrow!

Our last day in Victoria, we stayed at a place in Research called Crest Castle B&B.

Here is a view of the bedroom from the sitting room. There was a bathroom just to the right and a nice little deck to the left.

Our room was in the turret :) Here are the stairs leading up to it. Someone asked me if we were locked in at night!

On the grounds was a garden area. Leo and I took a stroll and enjoyed smelling the eucalyptus trees!

Here we have the front door. There was a little spa area just to the right. We enjoyed some time in their large hot tub. I tried several times to upload a picture of Leo in the spa, but it wouldn't work, oh well...

We had a very nice last night in Australia! The next morning around 9 am we headed for the Melbourne airport to begin our LONG journey home.

We had a 2 hour layover in Auckland, New Zealand, which was actually very nice. It broke up the long flight back to LA and we were glad to see just a little bit of this beautiful country- wish we could have had more time there! This is a picture out the airport window.

Coming home is always one of the best parts of any trip for me! It was so good to see the kids and sleep in our own bed again. We had such a wonderful trip though and will try to get more pictures on tomorrow :)
